Description
The Mississippi Army National Guard (MSARNG) requires commercial Audio Video (AV) equipment and installation services for Buildings 3576 and 3701 at Camp Shelby, Mississippi. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items, set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 334310. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of various AV components, including large and medium format commercial displays, wall mounts, wireless presentation systems, AI-powered conference cameras, HDMI input plates and cables, power strips, and network switches. Specific equipment is detailed for CLIN 0001 (Building 3576), CLIN 0002 (Building 3701 Conference Room), CLIN 0003 (Building 3701 Instructor Hallway), and CLIN 0004 (Building 3701 Instructor Offices). Installation services (CLIN 0005) encompass supervision, labor, mounting, wiring, system configuration, control system programming, testing, commissioning, and clean-up. The project aims to upgrade AV capabilities to support improved training and livestreaming. The target completion date is no later than 45 days after contract award. All equipment is covered by manufacturer warranty, and installation workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year. Crestron products are prohibited.
