Description
The State of South Carolina is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide Audio Visual Repairs, Maintenance, and Parts at various state locations. This includes services such as repairs, maintenance, installations, equipment upgrades, technology updates, inspections, and related services for auditoriums, cafetoriums, theaters, lecture halls, and athletic press boxes. The contract will be for a one-year base period with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. Vendors must be authorized to operate within South Carolina and maintain their primary business location within 200 miles of Charleston County, SC. Services include work on AV racks, microphones, lighting systems, seating, stage rigging, and more. Vendors will be required to provide a one-year warranty on all repairs and installations.
