The School Board of Brevard County, Florida is soliciting sealed bids for music instruments, music equipment, furniture items, sheet music, and music-related supplies. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a discount catalog with firm fixed percentage discounts on current catalog or manufacturer's pricelists for various schools (K-12) and departments throughout the district. Pricing must include inside delivery, and the percentage discount must remain firm for the entire contract. All items bid must be new, the latest model, first quality, and carry the manufacturer's warranty. Respondents are required to submit responses electronically via the OpenGov e-Procurement Platform by 2:00 PM ET on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
