Description
Oklahoma State University-Tulsa is seeking to refresh audio-visual (AV) equipment in rooms 153, 157, and the atrium of the Helmerich Research Center. Existing amplifiers and speakers will be retained, and the projector in room 157 will also remain. OSU will perform the demolition and removal of equipment not required for the project, coordinated with the selected vendor. New equipment will be purchased as outlined in the online solicitation. The project must not begin until all required equipment has been received and must be completed prior to the start of the Fall semester (August 16th). If this completion date cannot be achieved, work will be deferred to begin immediately after the end of the Fall semester and completed prior to January 13th. The solicitation requires vendors to certify that they are an Original Equipment Manufacturer ("OEM") Authorized Channel Partner and that products will be procured via OEM Authorized sales channels. Vendors shall warrant that the products are new and in their original box. Pricing shall be FOB Destination and include all packaging, handling, shipping, and delivery.
