Description
The War Media Activity (WMA) intends to extend its contract with Canadian Commercial Corporation for uninterrupted support of the Program Scheduling and Traffic Management (PSTM) system. This modification will provide a six-month extension, with a period of performance from September 30, 2026, to March 31, 2027. This procurement is being conducted as a sole source action under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this opportunity is 334220, covering Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The requirement is to provide telephone, email, and web-based support for the Broadview software service and support for the existing PSTM system installed at the AFN Broadcast Center in Riverside, California. A lapse in these services would significantly degrade or completely cut off AFN TV service to military personnel worldwide.
