Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is issuing this Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for police radio communication equipment. The equipment includes VP8000 radios, KSC-52AK single-bay rapid chargers, KMC-70M speaker microphones, KSC-526K six-unit chargers, KSC-52PAW style A pocket inserts, and KNB-L11M Li-ION batteries. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220, with an anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of 1000 employees or dollars. The VA is requesting information on the manufacturing location of the items, whether they are manufactured by small or large businesses, compliance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR), and if vendors are authorized distributors with access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. Vendors are also asked to provide their company name, business size, DUNS number, and information on any applicable Government Wide Agency Contracts (GWAC), GSA Schedules, IDIQ, or BPA. Small business concerns are encouraged to respond to assist in determining potential levels of competition and general market pricing. The VA Hospital of the Ozarks Police Service requires delivery within 60 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) to 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72703-1944.
