Description
The City University of New York (CUNY) intends to procure photographic, audio, and video equipment by utilizing a contract previously awarded by E&I Cooperative Services to B&H Foto and Electronics Corp. This procurement aligns with New York State Finance Law, allowing for purchases from comparable entities when justified by price and overall best value. Vendors capable of supplying the items listed in the attached Product Pricing Template are invited to contact Deborah Tavera. To be considered, vendors must demonstrate the ability to supply all listed items, possess experience serving large institutions, support electronic procurement environments (like punchout catalogs), and have sufficient financial capacity. Pricing for Year 1 must match the template, with subsequent years structured as a fixed percentage discount off OEM price lists. This solicitation is subject to New York State Lobbying Law, with all communications directed only to the designated contact person. Successful vendors will be required to submit current NYS Workmen's Compensation and Disability Forms. There is a 30% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goal.
