Description
This solicitation is for the manufacture of LED components, as detailed in drawing 5932718-1 Rev C (CAGE 53711). The delivery timeframe for these components is 90 days. The contract requires adherence to specific manufacturing, design, and marking standards, including MIL-STD-130 for mechanical parts and assemblies, and MIL-STD-1285 or MIL-STD-130 for electrical and electronic parts. Configuration control in accordance with MIL-STD-973 is also required, including procedures for submitting Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Deviations, and Requests for Waivers. Quality assurance is the responsibility of the contractor, who must maintain complete inspection records for 365 days after final delivery. Packaging and marking must comply with MIL-STD-2073.
