Description
The City of St. Marys is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive audio-visual (AV) solution for its new joint City Council Chamber and Municipal Court room. The proposed system must provide audio and visual information to in-person attendees, incorporate Americans with Disability Act (ADA) compliant devices for individuals with visual or hearing impairments, and offer a streaming option. The city is requesting two separate proposals: one focusing solely on interior audio-visual recording and amplification with full ADA compliance, and a second proposal that includes expanded capabilities with future scalability in mind. The selected vendor will be responsible for the complete design, installation, setup, and ongoing technical support of the AV system. The City of St. Marys will provide blueprint drawings of the space and an overlay indicating the existing data line infrastructure within the building.
