Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, is issuing a Sources Sought notice to identify potential sources for the Interacoustics Eclipse EP25 system and associated items. The current system has been deemed non-repairable. The required items include the Interacoustics Eclipse EP25 system, a laptop kit, an otoaccess database, a mobile cart, a power strip for the mobile cart, installation services, and E3 Diagnostics on-site basic product training. The government is requesting information on where these items are manufactured, whether they are produced by small or large businesses, if the vendor is an authorized distributor with access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, and the vendor's business size and DUNS number. Vendors are also asked to indicate if they are a small business concern (SB, SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, or 8A) and if they have access to any Government Wide Agency Contracts (GWAC), GSA Schedules, IDIQ, or BPA. This notice is a Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) only and not a solicitation. The purpose is to aid in defining the procurement strategy, including potential set-aside options. Responses are requested by June 22, 2026, and should include estimated market pricing. Questions regarding this RFI are due by June 22, 2026.
