Description
This solicitation seeks an upgrade for the Audio-Visual System in the 193 Ops Blue Room, in accordance with the provided Statement of Work. Offerors are required to submit proposed system details, pricing sheets, plans, and specifications in PDF format via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Questions are due by 5:00 PM EST on July 13, 2026. A site visit is scheduled for July 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM at 76 Constellation Court, Middletown, PA 17057. Attendees must provide specific personal information via email by July 6, 2026, and are encouraged to have REAL ID. All questions arising from the site visit must be submitted in writing to MSgt Aaron Snow at aaron.snow.2@us.af.mil with the subject line 'RFI for OPS Blue Room-W50S9226QA006'. The government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract based on the Best Value determination, considering conformance to the statement of work, lowest price, and past performance.
