Description
The City of Tallahassee is soliciting a software-as-a-service solution and related services for electric-system vegetation management. The solution must predict vegetation growth, identify locations for annual trimming cycles, provide a dashboard for record-keeping, enable dispatch of contractors to trimming locations, and report critical areas requiring immediate attention. The submission requires a procurement package, cost/fee proposal, total cost data, acknowledgment of addenda, and a technical proposal package organized into the specified sections: executive summary/general information, functional capability, technical architecture, implementation approach, vendor experience including Form 1, cybersecurity, and support services. The solicitation package includes procurement forms, a sample contract, the complete RFP, and a cost/fee proposal sheet.
