Description
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation is soliciting a contractor to conduct a multi-state market conduct examination of the National Council on Compensation Insurance, Inc. The examination must follow the National Association of Insurance Commissioners Market Regulation Handbook and may address advisory organization operations, statistical plans, data collection and handling, correspondence, reports and data requests, ratemaking, classification and appeals, form development, inspection services, and residual market functions. The contractor will prepare data calls, examination programs, work papers, preliminary advisories, exit-conference materials, draft reports, crosswalks of findings and responses, and bi-weekly status reports. The response must include a cover letter, required disclosures, award-preferences form, experience and ability narrative, organizational chart and key-personnel information, relevant experience examples, proposed methodology and management plan, completed Consultant Profile Questionnaire, Vendor Certification Forms, and the Standard Hourly Rates Form. The contract is intended for one respondent, begins upon execution, ends no later than June 30, 2027, is not subject to renewal, and includes up to one year of post-examination availability for additional services.
