Description
The State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General (OAG), is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to conduct a comprehensive compensation analysis and market pay study. The contractor will compare thirty OAG position titles and pay bands to comparable positions in the Federal Government, State Attorney General offices in Texas and Tennessee, private law firms with over 100 attorneys in select Florida cities, State Attorney Offices in multiple Florida locations, county governments in Duval, Miami-Dade, Hillsborough, and Orange counties, and city governments in Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Orlando. The study will involve collecting compensation data, preparing a data summary, conducting a gap analysis, developing a phased implementation plan, and producing a final report with a PowerPoint presentation. The contract is anticipated to run from July 31, 2026, to January 4, 2027.
