Description
The Florida Department of Children and Families, Office of Licensing, Child Care, seeks a state university or Florida College System institution to develop, maintain, and enhance Department-sponsored child care training curriculum modules for online and instructor-led delivery, corresponding competency exams for online and in-person use, and related systems and processes. The scope includes project planning, stakeholder feedback, instructional design, course development and revision, supplemental materials, user acceptance testing, assessment-item development and statistical analysis, course and exam maintenance, translation coordination into Spanish and Haitian Creole, and technical support. The provider must maintain and enhance the Child Care Resource and Information Network, Child Care Training Application integrations, exam and course databases, and related web applications hosted on Department servers. The provider must supply project management, qualified personnel, technical support, reporting, quality controls, and continuity of service. Responses must include organizational and team qualifications, service capability, a project approach, at least three similar projects completed within the past five years, and a cost proposal. The anticipated contract amount is not to exceed $1,995,576.00, with an anticipated two-year duration after the anticipated January 1, 2027 start date.
