The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to purchase promotional advertising for the Fresh From Florida brand through Walmart Connect, Walmart Inc.'s grocery retailer partnership. The scope includes authorized use of the Fresh From Florida logo in circular advertisements and other ad placements, in-store signage and displays identifying Florida products, and digital promotion on Walmart's website or social media platforms. The intended single-source services also include coordinating in-store promotions with Walmart locations, planning and executing in-store demonstrations, digital advertisements on deli and bakery display screens, category-specific and seasonal in-store events, and in-store audio advertisements. The approximate contract amount is $800,000 to $850,000, with the term beginning on the date of execution and ending June 30, 2027. All promotional use of the Fresh From Florida logo must comply with department rules and be coordinated through authorized partners.
