The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting proposals from lessors for approximately 6,587 usable square feet of commercial retail/office space within a one-quarter-mile radius of the current location in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The space must provide secondary egress, unrestricted access, and adequate parking for approximately 20 government vehicles during the day and overnight. The lease must use the Government Lease form. The proposed rental amount must include common-area maintenance, taxes, and insurance. The draft lease also addresses build-out and construction requirements, accessibility, fire and life-safety systems, utilities, HVAC, maintenance, janitorial services, snow removal, landscaping, and other property-management obligations.
