Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for approximately 80,000 aluminum pop rivets for its Sign Shop. Rivets must be Alloy 5056, 3/16-inch diameter, 1/2-inch length, and include coated carbon-steel mandrels; they must be packaged 1,000 per box, with an anticipated quantity of 80 boxes. The material must be Bulletin 15 approved. This is a supply contract with purchase orders issued as needed. Delivery is FOB destination within 60 calendar days after receipt of each purchase order, and all shipping and handling costs must be included in the bid price. The initial term is one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals and a possible three-month extension. Samples are required only if requested by the department, within 10 business days of notification.
