Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 17 magazines for non-lethal projectiles, NSN 1095-01-533-5171, part number 48188 manufactured by FN America LLC. Surplus material is not acceptable, and the item must have a 60-month, non-extendable shelf life. The solicitation requires supply-chain traceability documentation and compliance with applicable DLA packaging, preservation, marking, and palletization requirements, including MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Delivery is FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. The required delivery date is March 22, 2027, with a stated ship date of March 9, 2027. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside and states that the requested quotation is not an offer or a commitment by the Government to purchase.
