Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for sign stiffeners described as 1.47 inches high and 20 feet long, with an anticipated annual quantity of 1,000 units. Quantities may increase or decrease over the life of the purchase order. Materials must comply with the referenced sign-stiffener specifications and be Bulletin 15 approved. This is a supply procurement with FOB destination delivery required within 60 calendar days after receipt of each purchase order. The resulting agency contract will have a one-year term with up to four additional one-year renewals, and the bidder must include shipping and handling in the unit prices. Bidders must submit the required Worker Protection and Investment Certification and Reciprocal Limitations Act documentation with the electronic bid; samples may be requested after submission.
