Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks businesses capable of providing a complete mobile wash rack solution for outdoor washing of tactical vehicles. The requirement includes four containment mats or bays, eight diesel pressure washers rated between 3,000 and 7,000 psi, two vacuum trucks with operators for eight hours per day, two 6,000-gallon water tanks, ramps, pumps and vacuums for wash-water transfer, hose connections, filtration, generators, fuel, installation, maintenance, transportation, and related equipment. The contractor must also provide 12,000 gallons of bulk water daily and remove and dispose of the resulting gray water. The requirement is for a three-day period from September 20 through September 22, 2026, at SKAGGS, Guam. Interested businesses must describe their ability to meet the draft Performance Work Statement, identify whether the services are available under a GSA or Federal Supply Schedule contract, provide any applicable contract number, and provide registered CAGE and DUNS numbers and small-business status under NAICS 562991.
