Description
Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Building & Planning Permit Fees Study. The selected consultant will analyze current building and planning permit fees, assess staffing needs only as they pertain to fee determination for the Building Department, and provide recommendations to support the department for the next three years. The study should include up to three reference letters from similar projects for Florida local governments dated 2018 or later. The Planning Department has 2 employees and the Building Department has 4 employees. The last fee update was in 2018.
