Description
The British Columbia Ministry of Forests is seeking a contractor to replace the roof on the main building at the Saanich Seed Orchard. The work includes removing the existing sloped roof, disposing of all resulting waste, and supplying and installing a new roof in accordance with the accompanying drawings and specifications. The successful contractor will coordinate with Read, Jones and Christofferson as the roofing consultant. Attendance at the mandatory site meeting is required before submitting a tender. E-bidding is unavailable; hard-copy submissions must be delivered to the closing location before the tender deadline. The solicitation package includes specimen contract documents, conditions of tender, a Tender Offer Form, a Tender Offer Envelope, and a pre-renovation hazardous building materials assessment for bidder information.
