Description
The City of Bellingham is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide engineering support related to development guidelines and improvement standards updates, development review, permit review, and drafting support. Any federally funded project work will be subject to federal Equal Employment Opportunity requirements. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond.
