Description
The City of Bellingham is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms to support the Central and South Water Main Replacements Project. The scope includes engineering, surveying, geotechnical investigation and analysis, permitting and permit-acquisition assistance, access and utility easement acquisition, preparation of complete bid documents—including construction plans, technical specifications, and an engineer’s estimate—and support during bidding. The agreement will remain in effect for the time required to design, permit, and bid the project. Proposals must be submitted through the City’s procurement website by the stated deadline. The solicitation also states that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded a full and fair opportunity to participate.
