Description
Willows Water District is soliciting sealed bids for the Homestead Parkway Waterline Replacement. The work includes installing approximately 300 linear feet of 16-inch C900 PVC DR-18 waterline, service lines, fire hydrants, an air vacuum and release valve, gate valves, ductile iron fittings, and related sitework. The project also includes erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control, street restoration, removal and disposal of approximately 300 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron waterline and 4 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron pipe, abandonment and grout-filling of approximately 42 linear feet of existing 6-inch ductile iron waterline, and removal of an existing air vacuum and release valve with associated appurtenances. Bids must use the prescribed form and include 5% bid security. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
