Description
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene intends to negotiate a five-year agreement with Branagh Information Group, Inc. for remote online access to the Technical Assistance Module 01 software data system, including software licenses and training. The system categorizes childcare program needs identified in quality improvement plans, identifies local trends, supports resource planning, and enables real-time monitoring and pre- and post-assessment analysis. The software will support early childhood education consultants in assessing early childhood settings and classroom environments using Environment Rating Scale data-collection software, including ECERS, ITERS, and FCCERS variants. The agency has determined that Branagh Information Group, Inc. is the only viable authorized vendor, but other firms may submit an Expression of Interest if they believe they can legally provide the services.
