BC Housing Management Commission (BC Housing) is issuing a Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) to non-profit societies for the provision of operating services for a rental housing site located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. The selected proponent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the housing site in accordance with the requirements of the NRFP and the Sample Operating Agreement (Appendix 7). Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain the full deliverables, including site location, site-specific reports, and addenda. Submissions must be made electronically through BC Bid. The procurement timeline includes an NDA submission deadline of August 20, 2026, a questions deadline of September 3, 2026, and a submission deadline of September 22, 2026.
