Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation, Division 2 Special Maintenance Operations Group, is soliciting bids for an agency-specific term contract to furnish and deliver No. 78M granite aggregate on an as-needed basis. Estimated annual quantities total 10,400 tons across Beaufort, Pitt, Craven, Lenoir, Greene, Jones, and Pamlico counties. Deliveries must be made FOB destination to designated locations within each county, generally within 20 consecutive calendar days after receipt of order, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding state holidays. Vendors must provide an approved quarry or pit facility and comply with applicable North Carolina transportation material specifications.
