Description
Franklin County is soliciting proposals for the supply and delivery of 26,000 tons of stone to the Franklin County Landfill. Proposals must be sealed and marked “Landfill Drainage Stone” in the upper-left corner of the envelope. A mandatory pre-proposal site inspection must be arranged for September 28, 2026, with several one-hour meeting slots available. Proposals must be received by October 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time.
