Description
The City of La Marque is soliciting bids for flexible base materials and related aggregate products, including crushed stone, limestone city base, paving rock, and washed and unwashed gravel. The estimated quantity is 500 tons of each of ten listed materials, but the estimates do not establish minimum or maximum purchase quantities; the City will order materials as needed and may award all sections to one bidder or divide them among multiple bidders. Products must meet the specified Texas Department of Transportation requirements, including Item 247 Type A 1995 for crushed stone. Delivery must begin within 72 hours of an order unless a later delivery is requested, occur during routine business hours, and continue until the order is complete unless partial delivery is authorized. The contract term is one year from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with an option for one additional one-year renewal. Pricing must include delivery to designated City locations within La Marque, and bidders must submit unit prices, totals based on estimated quantities, and the completed bid proposal and signature page.
