Description
The University System of New Hampshire is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an annual ski package for Plymouth State University for the 2026–2027 ski season. Proposals must identify the mountain, website, expected operating dates and hours, and any dates excluded from discounts. Pricing must include the lump sum payable by the university, lift tickets for university ID holders, guest discounts, ski and snowboard equipment rentals, group ski and snowboard lessons, and any additional discounts or incentives such as food or merchandise. Respondents must also provide an executive summary, staffing and organization information, a detailed fulfillment plan with complete pricing, and applicable owner requirements. The selected firm must review the university’s standard agreement, identify any proposed redlines, comply with applicable insurance requirements, and provide relevant sustainability information. Responses must be submitted as a single PDF through the university’s electronic sourcing system.
