The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for technical snow-removal services at four facilities: 1050 rue des Rocailles, 5353 boulevard Pierre-Bertrand, and 5833 boulevard Pierre-Bertrand, including the vehicle enclosure at the latter address. The scope concerns ground snow removal and includes diesel-fuel price adjustment provisions. The contract is required for 36 months, with a probable service start date on or about November 1, 2026. Services must be Quebec or otherwise Canadian services, and bidders must maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. No bid security is required.
