Description
The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission's Winter Recreation Program is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide trail grooming services for approximately 107 miles of designated snowmobile trails within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The trails are west of Yakima and east of White Pass along U.S. Highway 12, with one trail along State Route 410 near Naches in Yakima County, Washington. The contract covers five winter seasons under a five-year term, with potential for extension. Bidders must provide equipment information, pricing, experience, references, operational plans, capacity information, and required certifications. Subcontracting is not authorized without prior written approval.
