The 138th Fighter Wing of the Oklahoma Air National Guard is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with 3-5 small businesses to provide commercial lodging for its members during Unit Training Assemblies (UTAs) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The BPA will have a three-year ordering period from October 31, 2026 to October 30, 2029. The contractor will provide single and double occupancy hotel/motel rooms, with double rooms containing two standard beds. The property must be within 20 driving miles of 9100 E 46th St N, Tulsa, OK 74115. The contractor must provide clean, smoke-free rooms with standard amenities such as internet, refrigerator, microwave, television, iron, and alarm clock. Security requirements include controlled access, interior locks, and peepholes. The contractor must also provide 24-hour check-in/out service, daily housekeeping, and a safe for valuables. The government will issue calls for lodging as needed, with an average of 275-325 nights per month during UTA weekends. The award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria, and the government will inspect facilities before award. Quotes are due by September 16, 2026.
