Description
Shelton School District No. 309 is soliciting sealed bids for the Bordeaux Elementary Chiller Replacement Project. The work includes demolition and removal of one existing water-cooled chiller and furnishing and installing one new high-efficiency water-cooled chiller, based on the Trane Series R Helical Rotary Screw Water-Cooled Liquid Chiller, Model RTWD, or a District-approved equivalent. The contractor must provide engineering, equipment selection, calculations, drawings, shop drawings, coordination, permits, inspections, labor, materials, rigging, controls integration, factory startup, testing, training, and closeout documentation for a complete operational chilled-water system. The estimated bid range is $150,000 to $250,000, excluding Washington State sales tax. The project is subject to Washington prevailing-wage requirements, contractor licensing and responsible-bidder requirements, performance and payment security, retainage, and related public-works requirements.
