Description
The Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified HVAC contracting firms for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, on-call agreement covering consultation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, emergency response, repair, installation, alteration, recharge, system upgrades, and air-filtration design. Services may involve pneumatic, electronic, and digital control systems; industrial chillers; commercial boilers; air-handling units; ventilation systems; and related equipment across MRRA facilities at Brunswick Landing. The contractor must provide qualified labor and supervision, materials and replacement parts, tools and equipment, transportation, mobilization, and shop facilities. The response must include a quarterly maintenance plan with proposed activities, timing, estimated labor hours, and projected quarterly totals, along with completed proposal appendices covering qualifications and experience, three recent project examples with client references, pricing, and any exceptions or deviations. Work orders will not exceed $50,000, and projects anticipated to exceed that amount may be publicly bid separately.
