Description
The Town of Yarmouth seeks a qualified consulting firm to create a comprehensive Working Waterfront Masterplan addressing commercial fishing, aquaculture, marine services, public access, infrastructure, economic development, and climate resilience. The scope includes project initiation, review of existing plans and policies, stakeholder interviews and workshops, field visits, conditions and climate vulnerability assessments, GIS development, future scenario analysis, capital improvement prioritization, funding-source identification, operational and policy recommendations, and public engagement. Required deliverables include a work plan, GIS base layers and analyses, stakeholder engagement memoranda, technical assessment, capital improvements matrix, operations and policy recommendations, draft and final master plans, GIS layers, a publicly accessible StoryMap, and presentations to advisory bodies and the Town Council. Proposals must include a cover letter, project approach, key personnel resumes and qualifications, at least three comparable project examples with sample materials and links, a cost proposal, schedule, and at least three client references. The stated project budget is $80,000.
