Description
The Town of Richmond and Richmond School Administrative Unit seek proposals from qualified certified public accounting firms to provide coordinated auditing services for both entities. The scope includes financial statement and operations audits, internal-controls auditing, draft and final reports with opinions and findings, and separate annual audit reports for each entity. The initial engagement covers fiscal years ending 2024, 2025, and 2026, within a long-term agreement addressing audit needs through fiscal year 2031 and potential renewals for future years. The entities use Harris-TRIO, Aptafund, Grants4ME, G5, CNPweb, and NEO systems, and their combined FY2027 municipal, TIF, school, and county budgets total approximately $14.5 million. Proposals must include two original signed paper copies and one Adobe PDF copy.
