Description
The City of Phoenix Public Works Department is soliciting comprehensive preventative maintenance, inspection, testing, fuel delivery, fuel testing, fuel polishing, load bank testing, emergency response, and repair services for more than 300 emergency power supply systems across City facilities. The scope includes industrial diesel and gaseous generators ranging from 35 kW to 3,500 kW, automatic transfer switches, generator controls, engines, cooling, fuel, electrical and alternator systems, and supporting fire pump subsystems. Services must include scheduled maintenance, functional transfer and retransfer testing, load bank testing, diagnostics, OEM replacement parts unless otherwise approved, repair estimates, emergency response, and detailed electronic service documentation.
