Description
The City of Brookside Village is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide full-service administration of its governmental Section 457(b) deferred compensation plan. The scope includes plan-document and compliance support, daily participant-account recordkeeping, payroll integration, contribution and distribution processing, trustee or custodial services, investment-menu and QDIA design, fiduciary support, participant education and counseling, technology platforms, cybersecurity, reporting, and implementation or conversion services. Proposers must address both new-plan implementation and conversion from an incumbent provider, provide standardized per-participant and asset-based fee proposals, disclose direct and indirect compensation, and submit proposed investment menus and supporting exhibits. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year renewal periods. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of governmental 457(b) administration experience, current administration for at least ten public-sector employers including three Texas political subdivisions, and specified professional liability, cyber liability, and fidelity/crime coverage.
