Description
St. John's Community Health is soliciting proposals from a qualified insurance carrier to provide and administer employer-sponsored dental and vision benefits for eligible employees and their dependents. The scope includes eligibility and enrollment administration, terminations, life-event changes, coverage effective dates, dental and vision claims and payments, cost-sharing and limits, pre-treatment estimates, provider networks, contracted rates, member support, provider search tools, explanation-of-benefits information, portal assistance, billing, premium information, enrollment and utilization reporting, and ongoing plan administration support. Proposals must include a signed cover letter, primary contact information, a cost proposal using the provided worksheet, vendor experience, staffing information, at least three similar-project references, a project timeline and estimated delivery date, a list of vendors used, warranty information, and any required outsourcing disclosures. The solicitation states that price, suitability, experience, references, delivery timing, and other evaluation factors will be considered.
