Description
Houston Community College is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to collect, treat, and dispose of biological waste as defined by the Texas Department of Environmental Protection. The awarded contractor must provide all materials, equipment, labor, insurance, supervision, tools, supplies, and other expenses necessary to perform the work in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. The solicitation includes medical, hazardous, solid or liquid, radioactive, and laboratory-related waste categories and reserves the right to award separate contracts to multiple contractors. Respondents must sign a nondisclosure agreement to access supporting documentation, requested information, and other project details.
