Description
Galena Park Independent School District is soliciting proposals for professional photography services across its PK-12 campuses. The scope includes annual fall and spring individual student portraits, staff headshots, class groups, student ID card generation, fine arts and athletics photography, team and roster portraits, senior panoramic and yearbook photographs, prom photography, and high school graduation photography. Vendors may propose for all scopes or individual scopes. Selected vendors must provide personnel, equipment, technology, supplies, transportation, supervision, customer support, and scheduling coordination. Requirements include minimizing disruption to the instructional day, delivering student portrait images in a format compatible with the District's Skyward Student Information System, and making edited event photographs available within 10 business days after ceremonies. Pricing includes student portrait packages, sports and group packages, hourly event coverage, graduation packages, prom photography, and panoramic photo setup. The contract is initially one year, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms.
