The Gloucester County Improvement Authority is seeking professional services from a Third Party Administrator for its self-insured health benefits plan. Responsibilities include day-to-day administration, employee claims processing, billing, customer service, knowledge of applicable state and federal employee regulations, and identifying and controlling plan costs. The contract term is March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027. The proposal must be received by 2:00 p.m. on December 9, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Authority's administrative office. The remainder of the proposal packet must be obtained from Danae Ciociola.
