Harris County Flood Control District is soliciting bids for a one-year term contract, beginning approximately December 1, 2026, to perform priority watershed repair work orders in Spring Creek, Cypress Creek, Little Cypress Creek, Barker Reservoir, Addicks Reservoir, and Willow Creek. The scope includes erosion and slope-failure repairs; sediment removal and disposal; earthwork; granular fill and riprap installation; pipe, outfall, headwall, and wingwall removal and replacement; concrete channel lining and low-flow repairs; vegetation establishment; traffic control; water control; and related site restoration. The contractor must provide personnel, labor, materials, equipment, project execution planning, quality assurance, safety planning, prevailing-wage compliance, certified payroll, and required subcontractor coordination. The contract includes a one-year base term and up to four one-year renewal options, subject to funding and approval. A minimum of 25% of the work must be self-performed. Bidders must submit the required bid guarantee, qualifications and references questionnaires, project methodology, safety and insurance documentation, tax and wage certifications, M/WBE utilization materials, pricing bid table, and other forms identified in the solicitation.
