Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires a firm-fixed-price construction contractor to remove and legally dispose of existing windows and front and back doors at Jackson National Fish Hatchery, then furnish and install replacement windows, a replacement front door, a replacement back door, and storm doors at both entrances. The work includes all associated installation materials and must comply with applicable federal, state, and county requirements. The Statement of Work specifies window dimensions and performance characteristics, Therma-Tru replacement doors, and Andersen 3000 storm doors or equivalent products. The project magnitude is below $25,000, award will be based on lowest price, and the requirement is a 100% small-business set-aside. The contractor must be licensed and certified in Wyoming for the specified services, be registered in SAM, and satisfy the solicitation's construction and representation requirements. The work is to be performed at the Jackson National Fish Hatchery and completed during the stated period of performance; no bid, payment, or performance bonds are required.
