Description
The Rosebud Sioux Tribe Victim Services Program is soliciting sealed bids for an approximately 2,000-square-foot modular building for office use. The scope includes design, construction, delivery, and installation within the Rosebud Sioux Tribe reservation, with electrical, HVAC, structural components, applicable building-code compliance, and suitability for South Dakota climate conditions. The successful bidder must obtain or hold a valid Rosebud Sioux Tribe business license and comply with applicable tribal laws, including tax and revenue requirements, Indian employment and contracting preferences, health and sanitation requirements, consumer protection laws, and applicable federal grant compliance standards. Bidders must also provide information and background concerning federal suspension and debarment certification.
