Description
The City of Smithville is soliciting sealed bids for the reconstruction of one three-bedroom home on the existing lot within the city. The work must follow the plans and technical specifications for the project, which is funded through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs HOME program. Contract documents, drawings, technical specifications, and bidding instructions are available from the City by email request or for pickup at City Hall. Bids will be publicly opened after the submission deadline, and the City may hold bids for up to 90 days while reviewing qualifications and preparing for award.
