Description
This Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals seeks vendors to provide permanent modular buildings and related construction through an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity cooperative contract. The solicitation is a prospective-use vehicle rather than a specific project; TIPS members may adopt or piggyback on awarded contracts when they need the offered supplies and services. Proposers may bid coefficients based on either the RS Means Price Book or the BNi Costbook, along with the required non-pre-priced percentage. Current holders of TIPS Contract 230902, Permanent Modular Buildings (JOC), must respond to avoid a lapse unless another current TIPS contract covers all of their permanent modular building offerings. The resulting contract will replace that expiring contract. Required response materials include the Vendor Agreement, Vendor Agreement Signature Form, required bonding capacity letter, three customer reference letters, required pricing responses, and applicable confidentiality, conflict-of-interest, and lobbying forms.
